Stanbic Bank has an offer, to finance units priced KES 8M and below, at a fixed rate of 9.5% for a maximum period of 25 years. Once the houses are ready, the bank is offering to finance up to 105% as well only when the house is ready.
Absa bank is offering financing of KES 6 million and below as unsecured for a period of 6 years, and for value of KES 10 million, the bank is offering to finance the 100% with security, and any value above 10m, upto 80% finance with security, for a maximum of 25 years.
Phase 1A is under construction and is scheduled for completion on March 2024.
Construction for phase 1B is scheduled to commence in March 2023 for a 24 month construction period till March 2025.
